The breakfast cafe offers delicious pastries and good coffee. Thewi-fi signal was weak in the room.

the staff are amicable and the room is reasonably large and absolutely perfect. the kitchen is equipped with tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge.

The total stay was very special in town during eastern. There were a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control in the room, loved that. Its street view and amiable staff were the key features! The location was marvellous, right next to the attractions like a gallery and a museum, and others. The hotel was located about 10 minutes walk from centre.

The location can't be beat, just steps from Piazza della Signoria. Breakfast at Rivoire was a treat. The tea selection in the room was a bit lacking. Will definitely return!

What an absoluteley underwhelming experience. The constant noise from the inner courtyard was unbearable, ruining our sleep. Plus, no TV in the room? I was expecting at least some complimentary snacks for the inconvenience. The breakfast was decent but honestly, just could'nt look past the lack of comfort.
